ZOiS is Associate Partner of GloCalEast
From October 2020, ZOiS will participate as an Associate Partner in the Erasmus+ funded strategic partnership GloCalEast. The three-year consortium, headquartered in Bratislava, aims at networking between academia, civil society and governments in Eastern and Central Europe, as well as monitoring and developing new curricula in the field of "Migration, Diaspora and Border Studies in East-Central Europe". The project includes the simultaneous development of a new curriculum for migration, diaspora and border studies and a platform of experts from academia, NGOs and local government institutions who monitor and analyse migration and integration processes in East-Central Europe. ZOiS researchers Tsypylma Darieva, Piotr Goldstein and Sabine von Löwis are involved.
