Biography

Natalia Tsybuliak holds a PhD in Psychology (2014). She is an associate professor at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University (BSPU), where she also heads the Teaching Excellence Center ArsDocendi. Due to the full-scale war in Ukraine, BSPU was relocated to Zaporizhzhia, and Natalia has the status of an internally displaced person. She is actively involved in various research projects focused on the mental health of academics in wartime and inclusive education at higher education institutions.

Since October 2024, she has been working on the project Mental Health of Ukrainian Academic Staff during Wartime as part of the Ukraine Research Network@ZOiS. Her research aims at informing the development of comprehensive mental health support programmes, thereby contributing to the well-being of the academic community and enhancing its resilience.
