Papers address questions of the political participation of young people in the form of protest as well as in state-controlled organisations, the social and political values of young people, and the policies aimed at shaping the outlook of the young generation. These topics are addressed from a comparative angle. We will look closely at what young people do and what is done with them in moments of regime crisis across various political contexts.
